Custom Cutting Tools is a leading manufacture of specialty Counterbores.   Counterbores are made from high speed steel, solid carbide or brazed carbide.  We have the capabilities to design your tool from a production part print or manufacture the counterbore per your tooling print.  If we design a Counterbore for you a drawing of the tool will be provided to you prior to manufacturing, for your approval.  The standard counterbore is designed with three or four flutes but other configurations are possible.  Custom Cutting Tools manufactures counterbores with alternating flutes to provide a sharp corner when necessary.  Custom Cutting Tools also manufactures step reamers which may be used in conjunction with our counterbores.
