Custom Cutting Tools is a leading manufacture of Step drill bits.   Step drills are made from high speed steel or solid carbide.  We have on-site engineering capabilities to design your step drills from a production part print or manufacture the step drill bits per your tooling print.  If we design a step drill for you a drawing of the tool will be provided to you prior to manufacturing, for your approval.  Our step drill bits may have several steps with either straight or angled transitions between steps.  All our step drills are manufactured on a 5 axis CNC operated cutter grinder.
